Nasim Sdn Bhd, the sole distributor of Peugeot-branded vehicles under the Naza Group has launched their latest model, the Peugeot 207 in Putrajaya, yesterday. At the ceremony attended by executives from Nasim Sdn Bhd and Naza, Naza executive chairman, S. M. Nasarudin S.M. Nasimuddin accompany the former Prime Minister Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad launched the model. Peugeot 207 is a model that is competitive when the price offered is so competitive that is RM72, 888.00 (prices on the road including insurance). Model with size as the Toyota Vios and Honda City is expected to provide stiff competition to both the models.


Peugeot 207 is a four-door sedan model was established from the Naza 206 Bestari. DOHC engine equipped 1.6-liter 16-valve, and paired with 4-speed automatic gearbox Tiptronic, the resulting power of 110hp @ 5.800 rpm and torque of 147Nm @ 4,000 rpm. Engine performance with numbers like that are quite satisfactory for a stable and comfortable ride. The maximum speed recorded for up to 180km / h, and fuel consumption can be said to save the 6.1 liter to a distance of 100 km.
